Briefed the Assistant President Dr. Faisal and Assistant President Major General Mahdi on the position of oil supplies in the country and assured the work in Khartoum refinery. The Minister of Oil and Gas assistants to President, Dr Faisal and General al-Mahdi, each alone that the position of oil supplies in the country reassured. He pointed out that the Khartoum refinery has entered since yesterday with a capacity of 90,000 barrels of fuel, while its production of cooking gas reached 1000 tons per day. The Minister of Oil pointed out that the technical teams have started work for the re-production in the State of South Sudan again to confirm the beginning of production at the end September. The meeting touched on the future vision of the Ministry of Oil, indicating that Sudan is full of proven reserves of gas and oil, and the ministry is working to exploit by attracting foreign investments in the oil field, pointing in this regard to the great desire expressed by many companies to enter oil investments in Sudan.
