The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice Sworn in before the President

Judge: Babikir Ahmed Ali Qashi took the oath in front of the President of the Republic, Marshal Omar al-Bashir, at the Presidential Palace today as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice.The oath is adminstered at the presence of Deputy President of the Judiciary, Judge: Abd Al-Majeed Idris Ali, Prime Minister Mutaz Musa and Minister of the Presidency Dr. Fadul Abdullah Fadul.

Judge: Babikir Ahmed Ali Qashi said in a press statement after swearing the oath that they will work in the ministry on coordination between the justice agencies to work in harmony and activate the departments of the Ministry of Justice and harness efforts to achieve justice among the people.

With regard to the challenges facing the country in its legal and legislative aspects, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice stressed that the Ministry will pay special attention to legislation related to the enforcement of the outputs of the National Dialogue.
